One of my pet peeves about the game is its hard to know where to build districts without eagle eying it. If I want to build an entertainment or industrial district I scour the map to see where my existing ones to know if ones needed.

What should be done is an overlay to see what regional coverage exists and it should also pop up when choosing where to build industry or entertainment.

And hopefully the overlay isn't as blinding as the settler or religious unit ones ... seriously those are so bad that I'm forced to select a regular unit when I'm looking for sites to settle/cities to convert to my religion.

The settler overplay should only highlight recommended spots to settle without washing out the entire map with green, grey and red. The overlays are really counter productive sometimes - including the religious overlay when selecting religious units.
