This screen could use a lot of reworking.
The Civilization tab should show you all the information you have during Civ selection on age transition. I would say even the same screen, just not the button to choose one. It does no good to know who you have/have not unlocked if you can't see what they do. Including their unique civic trees in full, perhaps a button to see a pop up with it or just include it in the picture with the flavor background. This way you can plan ahead for what civ you want to play as and take steps to unlock them. As well, the civs unique civic tree needs its importance to be made obvious as this is where some civs actually can edge out others. The uniques alone may look weak but once you see that you also get +3 settlement cap on the civic tree, or your farms will gain +2 food next to mountains, this starts to add weight to the decision. Without this information, the uniques alone can look underwhelming and going to the internet to hunt down a guide, when the game should just offer this information is pretty crucial.
The rewards tab and the ageless tab could be cleaned up a bit as well. Some information that would be handy to throw in here somewhere are previous legacy choices. I have multiple times loaded a game and not remembered if my science or cultural buildings from last age are Golden Age variants or not. When specialists are stacked on the tile, I have to take time out to calculate the math to find out. It would be nice if there is a quick place I could look at to see what I spent my legacy points on last age transition. By having these ages we need access to what decisions we made last age as well as information to make decisions based on the following age.
Finally, the Ageless tab could just use some cleaning up. As you can see in this screenshot, half the screen is not being utilized. Someone also pointed out that it would be handy if selecting a commander here would take you to them. It is easy to 'sleep' a commander and forget where they are or even that you have them.
