unbelievable warrior

this is VERY weird i was in war with the japaneze i was in modern are and my modern armor(ELITE!) was destroyed by a japaneze(CONSCRIPT!)warrior.i dont get it how can a warrior destroy a elite modern armor.its like david and goliath.
have anyone else got this problem?

I agree with allhailIndia

Not only firepower, but also hitpoint should be distributed along with the type of units, not by the unit's experience rating. How in the world can elite warrior unit be hardier than a veteran modern armor and battleship?

I played only 6 games so far, but I never fail to see the sort of things that philippe just described. It was pretty amusing at first (imagine a longbowman ward off 2 of mech inf.s' attack), but now it ruins the whole game.

Actually, 1/1000 is a real, though slight, possibility. The average game has hundreds of combats, so the odds of this occurring approach certainty. Over the entire history of civilization, played and replayed endlessly by hundreds of players, it does happen.

philippe, sorry about your luck. No doubt your planning accounted for the occassional drunk tank commander driving off a cliff. There is a famous acronym in the military -- SNAFU. This stands for Situation Normal, All F----- Up. It's in the dictionary.

I reread your post.

#1 The rarity is the fact that you have modern armor and they had only a warrior. What level were you on?

#2 David did beat Goliath, so it does happen.

#3 You did have a backup plan! Nuke 'em.
