I had a bunch of units in an Babylon's territory (war). we made peace and my units were expelled into Mongolian land. I had open borders with Genghis. One of my units was expelled right into a Mongolian city and it didn't make me move him. I could leave him there turn after turn, fortified in an opponent's city. image attached. I can't figure out how to include it in the text.
