Unit Upgrade Graphic Glitch

The animation on the unit upgrade screen superimposed the Titan graphic over all the other units.

This happened the turn I got the titan tech and went up two harmony levels. I had two other upgrades along with the titan upgrade available. Once I upgraded the titan (first) all the other units' graphic window had the titan model superimposed. I've attached a few examples.

This is STILL Happening? Sometimes it's with the Carriers tho.
