i think when u establish a city away from ur mother land,it should be able to try to be independent,or smt like U.S. lots of nation have city on one region and they all away from their motherland,like colonies,they can join together and create a new country i think it would be great! new civilization occurs mm they would be have thier own name and ofcourse i want a better "multiplayer"
