Video and sound files

If anyone would like a video or sound file creating for their mod please contact me as I have all the software neccessary to create bink videos (used in CIV 4). All I need is a link to the avi and I will get it done for you asap. I am going to create a library of videos that could be used for mods, and I will add any videos that people want.

Are you using the free RADTools kit or did you purchase (or "acquire") a license?

the freeware - and I have other software that I can use (just got Adobe after effects). If I need any other software I can usually find what I need through freeware.
