Warlords - Game won't load

Hi all. I have not seen this issue anywhere else so apologies if this is a repeat. The game installs successfully - although I find it odd that I am not allowed to choose the location of the installation.
When I try to load the game I get this message: Failed loading XML file XML\GameIntro/CIV4PlayerOptionInfos.xml. That's it! Can anyone help?
