Warlords rfe-install problem

I tried re-installing Warlords twice and when AI try to start it says d3DX9_32.dll can't be found.

Ant ideas?

First, you post this in a wrong place
Second, that mean there's something wrong with your directx(it missed some file)
Just download any file that can't be found(use google)
