Just Another Bob
I got civ working and started up, and played several short sessions, with everything great, although stuttery. Now I just started the game again, and I got a message about not meeting the minimum requirements. I proceeded to start a game, and everything ran much much better than before- No stuttering on the leader screen, and smooth scrolling. However, all the terrain was strange colors, and the water was a black abyss.
I know lots of people are having similar problems. But this is strange because it ran normally before, and I didn't do anything to change it.
I did use NVhardpageSE to lower the pixel shaders or whatever it was (saw that on this forum) BUT that was before I even started the game, so I don't see why anything weird would didn't happen to the game right after I changed that. Instead, it waited until now. Hm.
