A succulent, tender, and very tasty (but not "fishy") whitefish native to the lakes of Minnesota--sells eight bucks a pound even in stores here in Minneapolis, and worth every penny! (But of course it's better to fish them out of the lake yourself.)
It's very good over wild rice (rice with crunchy brown hulls), another native Minnesotan product....
