What did I do???

I had the version where there were Assets0-3.fpk. I unpacked them, but messed one up. So I reinstalled, and this time I got Art0 and Assets0. I unpacked them to the Assets folder this time, and now my graphics are all messed up. Also, I can't convert some of the .dds files anymore.

AFAIK, the problems with having to unpack assets were solved in the patch. Are you using patch 1.61?

Never mind. I re-installed again, and it worked. Although, I got Art0 and Assets0-3. I unpacked both groups into separate folders, and they were the same. Now I am working on a reskin for the Modern Worker. Close thread please!
