Where do Civ2 scenario files go?

How do I start a scenario?

I'm not keen on overwriting files, and I have vanilla Civ2 only.

Answers to these questions would be hugely appreciated.

I'm not sure about vanilla civ2. I think you have to create duplicate installments of civ2 (just copy the complete civ2 folder) if you wish to use scenarios that modify graphics, rules and sounds. You won't be able to play many of the scenarios around, as most are for FW or MGE.

You should get your hands on the MGE update in the downloads section instead, then you can play scenarios, installed in separate folders in the "scenario" folder.
