Where is Civ5ArtDefines_Units.xml located?

And Civ5ArtDefines_UnitMembers.xml and Civ5ArtDefines_SV_Units.xml, the files needed to change the size and number of units if the Queen of the Iceni mod is an indication. Doing a search with Windows Explorer returns no results for those files.

They're in one of the .fpk files under Resources\Common. You can unpack the fpk files from the Nexus Script Browser in the SDK tools.
