wild haven requirements?

I am playing a game as the Elohim, using 1.0b. I have researched tracking, but my great general can't create wild haven. The only requirement listed in the the Civilopedia is tracking. Do I need to build a hunting lodge first or is it something else?
 
@mcwill123 : I never had the option to build it either. Even much further than Tracking in the tech tree.


@Apeiron : You can only build one per city of each military wonder buildable by a GG, The only exception being the academy, which can stack with more specialised ones (knightly order, castra legionis...)
 
The other exception is the command center (well, it may be an other name in english...), wich is also buildable with the organized trait.
 
Pedia entry needs update, I think.
Wild Haven has chance to add totem promotion to unit build in city for every animal 'settled' in city (so, if you have wolf cage, you have chance to get free wolf totem promotion). So in order to build Wild Haven, you need at least one settled animal in city. Other requirements (like one military wonder per city) also applies.
