The Indeo Video/WinG software is the problem.
I had the same error w/ Win ME; I was able to find the software on the net fairly easily.
If you have trouble finding it, post back and I will try to remember where I found it.

I got the WinG file at the windows site about 7 months ago.
If you need updated indeo drivers they are at ligos.com

Found WinG (On another computer) Thanks for the help. Now just get those d*amn Mongols off my doorstep!
