Windows 7 64 Bit TXT_KEY and XML load error issues.

I have seen numerous TXT_KEY's in game. I don't know if this attributes to the fact that when I start up Beyond the Sword 3.19 that XML load errors will pop up during the 'init XML' part. I don't know whats wrong with the game. I haven't tried run as administrator or anything. Does anyone have the same problem as me? I really want to play this game.

Cant anyone help me on this? I want to atleast fix the txt_key because it ruins gameplay for me

I had this problem, aside from the XML errors (or at least I didn't see the messages for the errors). After reading all the other mostly unhelpful TXT_KEY posts, I went and, without uninstalling anything, ran the standalone final 1.74 patch for Civ 4. After that, everything was as it should be in BTS.
