After successfully combining some mods into a new dll, I have run into some real trouble with my last effort. I was going to incorporate The Lopez's "Build Outside Borders" into what I already had. I had some difficulty in both creating the dll and getting Civ to run after the dll was created. At any rate I finally got it to run and thought everything was fine after playing a few turns. After installing BlueMarble I began a game for real. When I got my worker built, I started to click on "build cottage" and noticed the button was grayed out. Soon I realized the only thing my worker could do was build roads. Ugh, ironic considering my handle, eh? But I digress.
