hello,

how to get rid of the worker bug, that when you direct him to build a road via the path button, he is accually not loosing his movement point, once he got to the new square. i can cross the whole map in one single turn, when i would have enough worker to do so.

example:

10 workers on one square. i select one and order him with the button! "build path/road to" to the next square. i can activate him now manually again and order him to biuld a road. i repeat this until i get a road etc.

this discovery destroyed in my offline LAN community the whole fun.

patching to "conquers" got rid of the bug, but as you know "conquers" with dead bombardment is stupid to play.

so, what can i do????
 
Get Conquests? I'm not sure what you mean by "dead bombardment" in Conquests, but I find it to be a very good expansion.

Also, why don't you just ban the use of what is clearly a bug? Can't your players learn to control themselves enough to make the game fun?
 
I guess he means lethal bombers. Dromons and Hwarcha also have lethal bombardment, but that is not much of an issue in the game. The interface is so much better in C3C.
 
the computer does not use lethal bombardment a lot, but humans do. how can i technically get rid of this worker bug? building a railroad over road over the whole map with lots of workers is okay, but road over pure land over the whole world in one turn is damaging the game!
