Just an FYI, built this wonder and waited for the opportunity to get a Vassal and start a Golden Age. Tried it when I was already in another Golden Age with about 10 turns to run and received nothing. Let my existing GA terminate and tried again and this then worked. I got a new GA of 2 yes TWO turns.

I got a new GA of 2 yes TWO turns.

It is meant to trigger a shorter GA, so that part is WAD.
I'm not sure about not triggering GA during a GA but IIRC that is WAD too.

These are both as currently designed. The original was too strong so I changed it to only trigger if the player was not in a Golden Age already and made the length of the GA 2 turns per city of the vassal.

The one thing that I wanted to do and could not make work was to have Reichstag trigger only the first time each civilization vassalized to the Reichstag's owner. If I could do that then I probably wouldn't need both other limitations.
