No need to apologize, I'm just not happy about the technology trading possibilities. It looks like we have to keep Mansa alive so we have someone to trade with!

I assume we haven't gifted them any techs yet. Maybe giving Qin Aesthetics would improve matters.

Qin, unfortunately, has no techs we want.

Qin hasn't got any techs we want, and its him or Sury that has to be first to go, and Qin is looking easier.

Happy to trade the resources, more happiness is more specialists. With bananas now available this is a great trade.

Getting Toku to Pleased will allow us to open borders with him. This could be vital very soon.

I gifted Toku Code of Laws. He wouldn't trade that turn because we were still his worst enemy. Next turn he traded us monarchy and calendar.

Mansa only gave us 335 instead of 340 gold. I think because I made peace after whipping, so we had less pop.

Edit: borders are open with Japan.

Did Toku give us both techs, or did you make a different trade?
