azzaare come up with a fantastic map tool that is way better. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1huqHZSdPM-TTnRPv7o_YphTlue8&usp=sharing
SHOUT OUT TO HIM/HER!
At this point via leaks, we have a good understand on who will be in the base game of Civ VI. That being said, I have decided to post the TSL of Civs even if they have not been confirmed. Please note that some capitals are guesses based on some research of the leaders so it is very likely that the capitals on this map are not accurate. For instance, Greece has two different leaders that may have two different Capitals. This should not make a huge difference in this TSL since most Civs (excluding Russia) are small anyways.

Note:
Scythian Capital was placed using a site found by Gambito. http://www.silkroadfoundation.org/newsletter/vol2num2/greek.html
For the time being I am using big dots for Civs, small black dots for city-states, and small orange dots for natural-wonders. I plan on using the in-game symbols for the game on map when the game comes out. I was going to use the Civ V symbols but obviously some items like Scythia are unavailable.
Civ:
Trade City-States: (small yellow dots)
Natural-Wonders: (Brown)
Thanks to another civfanatics post (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=567144) for listing all city-state and natural wonder information and more.
Thanks to another civfanatics post (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=575004") for Civ's logos.
Thanks to @MAHRana for a different view for a TSL.
