Had the same problem. I went to the first post and the download there let me in.

It will update automatically every time you restart Steam in online mode. If you play in off line mode it won't. So just restart steam & go into online mode and then Civ V.

Same problem here. ( even after patching to 2.41 ) Worked fine in previous versions. Elrikk edit: PS No solution yet but some searching of these forums leads me to believe that this could be related to the same problem some are having with the BUG Mod ver 3.5

There is an option in steam to (on a game by game basis) update automatically or only manually. I think it is somewhere in the game properties. Elrikk
