I agree with the culture buffer idea. That would be a great way to define civs, nudging them within boundaries. Of course, it would make sense that after a while they would be overcome, but it would hold expansion at bay for a while. Possibly an option in the script?

Bug in dwarven vault - I can't remember the details, but I had 4 I think cities, and about 450 gold. I then got back a city which I had lost, and the dwarven vault stayed at the same level, instead of decreasing. ( and I watched it for a few turns after, it didn't change).

During war, if you have over 200 units, it is very hard to move them all. I propose that you could hold down a key, like ctrl-m and then you could drag your cursor, creating a box so you could select more than one unit at once.
