I'm surprised you didn't just go straight up with "Property" there. Although then you could just say that stopping violence with violence is a double standard. Of course, I consider private property rights justifiable.
I'm not as much a fan of IP as you may think, I think in most cases its nothing more than a way to stop people from using their real property as they see fit. In some areas, such as those where the vast majority of work involved is intellectual, I think they may be justifiable.
