    Locked Alliances?

    Dont you still need that option to make historical based scenarios, Vassels are fine but dont replace the locked alliance system, imo. I think you need the option to turn off vassels and use a locked alliance in certain historical situations, esp, world wars.

    AI artillery/bombard use.

    Havnt see this asked yet but how well does the ai do with artillery/bombarding units now? Never really saw it use it much in previous versions.

    They should allow the capture of pows--captured units that retain possible combat value if they escape. These units would have to be held in a city with a military prison and perhaps could add victory points in certain scenarios. This would be a unit I wouldnt have in all games however.

    They really should raise all the unit limits at least up to 10000 plus as I have played several games where I couldnt build more units do to the existing limits. I would like to see it top at closer to 20000.
