Yep, you're right it is reasonable.

Shouldn't be any holds on the clock at this stage simply for not playing within 24hrs. Really should never be any hold on the clock at all except if requested by a player to deal with some form of problem. Even when there is war the most you can do is extend the clock rather than make it infinite.

I'm probably being very blonde here but how the hell can you get Gmail to remove a sender from the spam list?

Looks like there's something amiss with the server as the best I can manage is to connect to it and the game just hangs. First try it did let me choose Portugal before locking but on the next couple of attempts I only got as far as connecting to the host with nothing further happening.

I do agree that for a first offence, that really was only the posting of an injudicious comment suggesting a deliberate act, kicking the guy is well OTT.
