Whenever I play, I always go down Piety for the Reformation belief (or whatever it's called), then get Heathen Conversion, raise an army of Barbarians, get Just War, and then convert cities to my religion for the Just War bonus. It works rather well, atleast in the demo.

Will I get all the civs and other things that were in Gods and Kings?
