ok. was playing a tiny peagea on regent difficulty as aztecs. mid game, jsut as i was finishing off the chinese.... a source of iron was "exhausted" on a mountian tile. then, the next message, was "we discovered a new source of iron" on exactly the same tile, on the same turn it disappeared...

C3C auto saves are comming up with the following error: "DataIO operation system error: TILE" then next msg: "error reading file <auto save filepath location> " failed load. i am assuming it just corrupted files (all my auto saves are like it and my last save is 12 turns old)...

i have sucessfully made new resources for civ 3 PTW, the game works and the civopedia works. the only problem is the new luxuary resource i;ve made shows up with the wines icon in the city screen. it works fine on the map and in civiopedia. just not on the city screen. thanks in advance.

[just a note: i know i was extremely stupid to lose this, with my tech and resources i should have been able to win this fight. but i attacked without preparing any defenses. and i paid dearly for it. ] playing PTW on regent, as greeks on huge map with 10 players. i managed cultural victory...
