I need suggestions for my recent game.I cant decide;should i keep fighting or make peace.I lost tech lead.Army is small,but enemy is weak too.
Help needed!

I would make peace here, unless you have some - concise and short term - objectives you want to take before stoping the war.
Your War Weariness is not funny. You can't use the slider to fight it, as you dont have Drama. If decide to continue war, tech drama right now - it's 5 Turns on Marathon - and build Hippodromes - your UB by the way. It will not help your science, as you will take commerce to culture/happy but you will be able to keep up production.
You are spiritual, so you change Civics. Police state will tkae Half of your WW down right away! While at it - Mercantilism - you dont have foreign trade to speak of, so get the free specialists.
On a general note - you are fighting a war, but half of your cities do not build troops. Thats not good. You need troops. You could also concider using Whipps to make some troops (And whip away the unhappy jerks).
Military:
I do not see you having the troops to make serious damage to Mehmed. Even if you can - it will stretch your land increasing your maintenance. You have a good boarder with him now - he does not culturally press any of your cities. Might be good time for peace.
No point fighting him now.
A alternative - maybe - could be: Keep a protected boarder with Mehmed - your Boarders are short, so it's easy. Take your troops out of his land. Pick him on your ground around Rostov, if he comes attacking - Will prevent you from getting more War weariness.
Instead go for Hatty. She's Mehmed Vassal. Strike hard and fast - Take Memphis fist !!! - it has Statue of Zeuss. Take/Burn cities untill she dropes below 50% initial land and gets herself free of Mehmed. As soon as this happens, make Peace with Mehmed, whilie finish of Hatty.
This can work, but you really need to strike fast and strong to do it. So if decide to keep fighting/go for hatty - attack fast, then end this war and recover economy.

I just wanted to be at the first place on the summary.And I attacked Istanbul and Edirne and razed them,but pikemen and elefants are a real problem.Attacking with muskets is very slow.I think i am going to make peace.And take 500 gold from Mehmet 2.
