see nummer of units of enemies

how can i see the number of units of my enemies in the foreign minister's screen? (civ2 ucc)

i am planning a cheating singleplayer game: me on an island isolated from the other civs. i just want to observe them and bring the count of units in a table

ive made that some years ago, but forgot it...

I don't remember if it displays when your difficulty level is Chieftain. Otherwise, since you are Cheating, you could reveal the whole map each time and switch players to use F2.
