Due to the Computer labs at shcool not being open on campus on Saturday (and therefore I will be unable to work on my projects then, fully allowing me to Civ), the Time for the Turnchat is now 1:00PM CST / 1900 GMT

Rename the city of TBD (Kyoto) Chamberlain (as a sign of our appeasement) then gift it to Russia. Before doing so make sure the worker next to it is in the city as well as the musket man, it is very important that both are in the city. If you forget, or some vanilla bug causes them to stay there then disband them.

If option A or B is wining of this Poll then Sign a mutual protection pact with France. This should be free.


Right of Passages.

If of option A is winning of this Poll then sign a Right of Passage with France.

Pesky AI units moving into our territory.

Ask them to remove there units from our land. If the option of "Leave or declare war" pops up after telling the offending civ over and over, then do not ask them to leave. If they do declare war on us after refusing to move there units, then follow the procedures as listed in "If war is declared on us". Except in the case of Russia, do not ask them to leave.


Demands

Refuse any demand from civs that pose no threat to us and/or in another continent. If the Civ is demanding something and is bordering us and/or on the same continent or or is russia; Do not give up techs, cities, and gold greater than 100g DP can use there decide if its sightly more. If they declare war on us, please follow the procedure as followed in the below paragraph entitled "If war is declared on us".


If war is declared on us

If another civilization that is bordering us and/or on the same continent declares war on us. If a Provolution or Epithemus is at the chat they can decide if they have plans ready otherwise halt the chat. If war is declared on us by fight inside Russian territory.

The 3300 Gold has been approved and polled both by MSA and CIA. Please bear in mind that we keep the 4 Elite Imperial Commandos intact, and that we upgrade 8 Veteran Samurais to Cavalry.

Military instructions.

1. send 2 ironclads and a Galleon with artillery, 2 Infantry and a worker to Tonawonda. Steamships are to patrol that area, sinking any invading vessels at sight. Use worker as you see fit.

2. send upgraded Cavalry to Regent Town.

3. Hold Galleon and military units by Salzburg in position until CIA has polled that city location.

4. Send out the ironclads to cover the central ocean, so we get a 2 turn warning on naval invasions. (5 turns to cross ocean).

You actually polled the Yatta exception, so all you need to do now is to proceed with the list as stated, and to make the corrections from Epis time. This is a wrongdoing that should not be polled just corrected.

As my last tribute to former Vironicum, now also former Kagemusha, a Roman-Japanatican city on the French border, may I please request 2 Roman workers to join this former Roman city? The reason now is strategic, since we need to bolster the French border.
Itakaji is already receving factories etc. Former Kagemusha, now Duckburg just build an aqueduct, and is ideal for integration.
