-Domination, Conquest and Cultural
further:
-allow cultural conversions
-retain culture on capture
-time limit: 100 turns
special:
-Military alliances,Mutual Protection Pacts and Trade Embargoes are disabled (proved to speed up loading time considerably)
-Right of Passage still allowed
-Government switching not allowed

-The starting situation nearly corresponds to the world in September 1939... how far this was possible
-Some adjustments have been made due to game limitations and playability
-unit count is not too high in the beginning of this scenario (no historically correct army strength) - later this will compensate through heavy Production...

fixes and updates are:
-fixed the french inf bug
-added new LM terrains (now hills and mountains placed in tundra appear "snowy")
-slightly changed some terrain grafics
-updated some units..
-added new unit sounds
-added or changed some (civpedia) grafics
-deleted obsolete resources or changed to bonus resource
-added 1HP bonus to all tanks except light ones
-added Axis U-Boat pens which can only be build by fascist governments (Germany/Italy) in Brest, Bordeaux and Athen. U-boat every 3 turns i think..
-fixed some minor bugs
