I was thinking about making a Montenegrin civ. I wonder how many Albanian cities you have in here that were given to Montenegro after 1878?
 
Can you post a city list?

Also, what makes Krajl Nikolla a good leader? He was a dishonest man that betrayed people who had his trust. Why do Montenegrins consider him great?
 
well its like here in croatia... some like Ante Pavelić but he was the nazi leader during wwII in croatia...
i personaly like Tito! :)

What was good about Tito was that he suppressed ethnic hatred and during his rule the streets were more safe. He also ended up taking a stand against Stalin.

Krajl Nikolla decided to meet with some Albanians and invited them to his residence to discuss political matters. Although he gave them his word of safety, he had them ambushed en route and killed. Isa Boletini and his men died, but not without taking a few of his Xhandarmerija with them. ;)

Ulqin and Plav are the Albanian cities I was talking about, by the way. So then you are Croatian, and not Montenegrin?
 
during tito any1 here can get a job, ppl have mony, ppl then where happy...
... i m from croatia, but my granfather if from montenegro lol
 
I like your idea, but could you make some leaderhead screenshots? Also, are you gonna make other Former-Yugoslavian-Republic civs? It's a good idea!
 
well dictator dose not mean a bad thing if its good for living in his ****ry ;)
anyway im planing to build a slovenian civ :p
 
The difference between making Civ III and Civ IV civs can't be too hard, right? Just tell me how you made the Montenegro one. :)
 
It would be pretty much the awesomest thing ever if you made a yugoslavian civ and made tito its leader :)
