I had seen discussion (I think on CivFanatics, but maybe elsewhere) from people who were unhappy with America's trait and thought maybe it should have seen an update in Brave New World like some others. Some said a tourism bonus would make a lot of sense. I'm being vague because I can't remember at all where I got the idea from, just that it wasn't from my own head. Anyway, I liked the idea, so here you go.
This replaces America's Manifest Destiny trait with a new trait.
Sea to Shining Sea: +2 Culture in every city until Steam Power is researched. +2 Tourism in every city after.
