The British Cromwell Tank
Created in 1943 this tank did not see action untill the 1944 DDay invasion. It was numeraricaly the most important British Crusier Tank of WW2. It was an improvement over earlier British tanks however was still not as good as the Panther or Tiger's 1 and 2.

In other words like many other Allied tanks they were no match for the Germans but they out numbered them.
