1000 Beaker City

+86 gold per turn from my shrine. And I never even sought out and took over the Americas!

On topic,

I don't like getting a huge science city, as I feel it takes too long to build up to full strength. Instead I like a few "hybrid" cities. For example:

As you can see, I'm netting a generous amount of science, gold, and hammers, and this isn't from a OCC either. Also, I'm not in Caste System either, which would bump up the beakers even more if I were to set more scientists.

I don't think I was producing 133 hammers, a bit of those would be overflow, but I think that city was producing over 100 hammers, so if I really wanted to, I could produce science and add another 100 beakers.

But there are no forests within that cities borders? Does this mean that national park gives a free specialist for every forest within your entire empire? If so this is something i overlooked!!

The second city - Hittite.

All forest preserves all across empire giving specialists is a little too good to be true ;)

You're right, it would be somewhat overpowered wouldn't it? Note to self re: typing without looking at the post properly!
