This is a variation on the OCC (One City Challenge) called the GCC (Ghost City Challenge)
Can you win the game WITHOUT ever founding a city? In other words, you have to use Jack, your initial Settler to conquer the entire world and make it safe for the O'Lantern people, LOL.
It's a nice, quick game which only takes about 5 minutes to play. As soon as you see another civ with a militia or a phalanx, you know you've lost, so quit and start over.
You can reject all requests for a meeting, and don't worry about being at war with everyone, since if you have to fight, you lose, haha.
Run it at Emperor, with 7 civs, and let us know your score if you win. So far I've only been able to win it once, for a score of 2,060, and needed a LOT of help from the other civs, LOL.
