When I tried to download it I got a messages saying it was unsafe to download and might harm your computer. Has anybody downloaded this mod recently and knows for sure if it is safe to download or not?

When I try to load the scenario, it just initializes and never fully loads.

Sorry, I don't think that problem occurs on all computers, but I'm not sure what could be causing it. This mod is not in development anymore until I feel like playing Civilization IV again. I'm currently writing a novel, which is taking most of my freetime away, so I can't do anything this and probably next month, sorry, I can't help you right now.
