Great idea for a counterproposal!

This proposal seems a bit overkill to me. I like the idea of potentially moving terracotta army earlier to get a chance to build it. Currently on higher difficulties it's always gone when you reach the tech. But everything else is a bit much. In terms of buffing BW I think your other proposal to buff statue of Zeus is enough for now
