Proposal: May build Libraries, Universities, Public Schools, and Research Labs with Faith, and each building produce +2 Science. Holy City gains 20 Faith each time a GP is expended, scaling with Era.

Rationale:

Simply adding library means that pre-pioneer cities can get science working very fast, as they no longer need to build the library too. This also add +2 science per city overall...
