I was about to say...Expansive doesn't strike me as that bad of a trait, overall. Maybe a little underrated, but definitely not the worst. However, I agree with your analysis of the polls as well: I tend to put Industrious as an average, not-so-great trait, although there are dozens of builders here who will swear by it.
I really didn't consider adding a poll option for trait replacement because I didn't think anyone would say it is so close to Organized. However, the second option you have is virtually the same to my "fine as is" because I didn't suggest replacing any traits. However, it would be an option that I might include in the future (if it is recreated).
