Adding Civ4 leaders to Civ5

Hi

I want to borrow these cute leaders from Civ4 and add them to Civ5.
(No change in their face/animations and what they doing when they are either sad or happy) (No change in their music too)

1. Isabella
2. Hatshepsut
3. Catherine

How can I learn to do such a thing? Is there a tutorial video for it?
Or if it's an advanced / complicated job to do for a beginner like me, can anyone else please do it for me?
