@Leoreth two minor suggestions
1. Could you please copy over the feature from other RFC mods with provinces where if you hold down ctrl while mousing over a tile, the entire province the tile is from is outlined? I think it would be helpful for goals like Japan's where you need to control a bunch of provinces.
2. I would recommend moving the cow in Ireland 1S so it isn't on the same tile as Dublin

@Leoreth I would recommend preplacing Smyrna as a Byzantine city in the 600 AD start. It was one of the most important cities of Asia Minor at the time.
