Another Win 10 problem

I recently upgraded to Win 10. The game works fine except for one thing. The textures for any kind of open terrain seem to be missing. Grassland, plains, tundra, and snow, show up as one solid color.

Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?

If you are having this problem, the only solution I have found is deleting your local content. (uninstalling the game) and then reinstalling.
