I have come to the conclusion that I am currently too unreliable to join this PBM. Have fun all yall. Hopefully I will have grown past this point by the time the next game has started.

Didn't know the community, although I'm not anywhere near a "highly-skilled" player. But thanks for the link.

Eh, that's a fair amount of branding! They do 'greens' games especially for people for whom it's their first multiplayer game, and the bigger games (there's a pitboss starting shortly with 19 players) tend to feature a few people on their first game as well.

Note that RB does very little 'live' gameplay, played over a few hours. Games there generally take months instead.

I've actually never fully understand how pitboss games work. What's the difference compared to sycronous online or pbem?

There's a host server that you connect to. I don't know much of the technical details, personally.
