"People" or "folks" work as inclusive terms that don't refer to anyone's gender or sex.

I absolutely love the word "folks," in general but also how it's so useful and natural of a way to refer to a group without any gender implication. It's so perfectly unakward, and can be used inconspicuously when talking to Republicans and other elderly people.
