Prussia and Britain: for some reason your ships are collectively blockading the Kattegat. If this is a mistake please move them, but if there is a reason please announce it and explain why it justifies cutting off Russian merchants.

Prussia: two convoys of trade goods are about to cross the border and head for Prague and Harlingen. Please let us know what routes would interfere with your own transportation the least.
