cant build/see/upgrade palace...

ok here's my set up.

i have civ III with the latest patch for it

i have PTW with no patch.

i have C3C with no patch.

i play a game on C3C using snoopy's terrain modX from PTW (if you have both CD's you can use it through civ content on C3C, i didnt move any files, i changed NOTHING)

and i cant upgrade my palace. in fact...i cant even see my palace!

what gives?

a regular C3C game is ok but i just noticed this with my latest game while using snoopy's terrain.

When you load a map you can not see.upgrade your palace or see city view

Can you upload the game save? Is this in the epic game? (i.e., not a conquests scenario)
