city state and quests

I have played before brave BNW and now I wanted try another one. so in the other civ 5 game, there is no button to know the location of a city state I met. I mean when I go to a city state I got only 4 options :
1-provide a gift go gold
2- gift a unit
3- declare war
4- Close (down to the left)
Where are the "find city state" button
and it is the same when it come to quests barbarian quest, I can not know which one the city state is targeting
can someone help?

The CS you have met are in the same window as the AIs you have met. If you select one, the map will zoom to their location.

and it is the same when it come to quests barbarian quest, I can not know which one the city state is targeting

Once you have that CS dialog box up, click on the icon of the crossed swords. That will zoom the map to barb camp location. Early in the game, it will probably be one tile surrounded by fog, so it is hard to see. If you hover your mouse over the barb camp, the tool tip will display that is it a quest target.
